Legal Agreements & Policies

Rental Agreement Terms

By renting a vehicle from AB Autos, you agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

Mileage Policy

Standard rentals include 150 miles per day. Additional miles charged at $0.25/mile for economy, $0.35/mile for SUVs/trucks, $0.50/mile for luxury. Unlimited mileage available for weekly rentals.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles provided with full tank and must be returned full. Refueling fee of $4.99/gallon if returned with less fuel.

Late Return Policy

30-minute grace period. After that, additional day charge applies. Returns 24+ hours late without notice may be reported stolen.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Within 24 hours subject to one-day charge. No-shows charged full amount.

Age Requirements

Renters 21-24 subject to $25/day Young Driver Surcharge. Must be 25+ for luxury/premium vehicles.
